The pool of available free agent cornerbacks, a position that the Bengals could upgrade, keeps shrinking. Earlier on Tuesday the St. Louis Rams agreed to terms with cornerback Cortland Finnegan, agreeing to a reported five-year deal worth $50 million, with $26.5 million guaranteed and $33 million paid through the first three seasons. Now according to Jason La Canfora, cornerback Carlos Rogers has agreed to say in San Francisco on a four-year deal worth a maximum $31.3 million.
