The "slow day" of free agency from the Bengals has suddenly picked up a bit of momentum. Along with the pending visits from cornerback Aaron Ross, tight end Kellen Davis, and that of offensive guard Jacob Bell, the team is apparently hot on another young player on the free agent market.

According to The Cincinnati Enquirer's Joe Reedy, the Bengals have "considerable interest" in Miami Dolphins defensive end Kendall Langford.

Last but not least, #bengals have "considerable interest" in Miami DE Kendall Langford but no visit has been scheduled as of yet 40 minutes ago via Twittelator · Reply · Retweet · Favorite · powered by @socialditto

Langford is a fifth-year player out of Hampton University, and was drafted by the Dolphins in the third round of the 2008 draft. In his past four seasons, Langford has amassed seven and a half sacks and four forced fumbles. Again, there's not a visit scheduled with Langford and the Bengals yet, but don't be surprised if word of that emerges in the near future.
