Taking a flyer on a WR

I know there has been a lot of talk about signing a big name WR to go along with AJ but, in my opinion, the Bengals seem very impressed with Binns and willing to move ahead with AJ, Shipley, Binns, Baby Hawk and Whalen. With that being said, I think a WR who is a FA and might be worth taking a flyer on is Anthony Gonzalez. He has had a history of injury which will drive down his value, making him an affordable pick up. When healthy he has shown solid route running, the ability to get open and he catches everything thrown his way. If he is healthy, he would be a solid number 2 opposite of AJ, and although slightly less athletic than Jerome, Gonzalez does not drop passes.

Again, I realize that the former 1st round pick has been injuried most of his career but the talent level is there and he will be affordable enough I think it is worth the risk. Thoughts?
