The 2012 Cincy Jungle mock draft has officially kicked off. The first pick goes to the Indianapolis Colts and representing the Colts is Alex Neyer.
With the first pick in the 2012 Cincy Jungle NFL mock draft, The Colts select......
Andrew Luck, QB, Stanford
Both RGIII and Andrew Luck have a career 67 percent completion percentage. Last year RGIII had a 72.4 completion percentage while Luck boasted a 71.3 completion percentage. RGIII threw for 4293 yards, Luck threw for 3517. Each threw 37 touchdowns. Basically the point I am getting at is that neither of these players is a bad choice with the No. 1 overall pick.
I decided to choose Andrew Luck, not because I necessarily think he is the Best Player Available, but because I think he is co-BPA with RGIII and I wanted to follow what I think will happen. Therefore my draft selection is Andrew Luck. Both players bring a different skill set to the table, each getting close to perfection in their own way, and neither one seemingly worse than the other. I think that the Colts have a very tough decision on their hands, similar to when they chose Manning over Ryan Leaf, although I don't think either of these QB's will be a bust like Leaf, I do think that one will have a much bigger impact in the NFL. As of now, I have trouble distinguishing which will have the better NFL career, but I do think that Andrew Luck is more pro ready than RGIII is and that will be the deciding factor in the Colts' decision. Who gives them the best shot to win now.

Joe Goodberry's Instand Analysis:
The obvious choice. Luck has been called a future top pick since his freshman year at Stanford. He's everything you've heard about him and more.
