According to Michael David Smith at ProFootballTalk, the Washington Redskins, not the Cleveland Browns, are the favorites to trade up to the No.2 overall pick in the draft with the Rams via The St. Louis Dispatch. The Rams reportedly want a king's ransom for the pick, as both the Redskins and Browns want Baylor's Robert Griffin III.
