Insomniac's Open Thread: Busy Day For The Bengals

The Bengals had a busy day today. Not only did they trade linebacker Keith Rivers to the New York giants for a fifth-round pick (their third) in the upcoming draft, but they announced the signing of veteran cornerback Terence Newman and the re-signing of offensive lineman Dennis Roland.

These three moves may make some of you happy and they may make your nose bleed from a rage-induced headache. Well now is a perfect time to reflect on today's news and share your thoughts.
