My Final Mock Draft

Alright fellow Bengals fans. There are alot of good mocks out there and we can only hope that the Front Office is thinking like most of us. We can only hope that some of the players that we are high on are available to us. Here is my final mock, with a few trades that I would like to see the Bengals make. Some will like this, and some will not. Either way, we just hope the Bengals have a great draft and address all needs to improve this team.

17th pick - David DeCastro, OG - Need I say more. Hopefully with Reiff projecting to slide, we would hope that K.C. or Dallas considers Reiff before DeCastro. Dallas is strong on Barron, but needs OL help as well.

21st pick - Dre Kirkpatrick, CB - Best available CB here. Gilmore most likely going in the top 15. We get a solid CB with good size and speed. Very physical corner. Jenkins would be the other CB to consider here.

53rd pick - TRADED to Carolina for Jonathan Stewart, RB - Both Martin and Miller will be gone at this point, and I do not like any other RB's here. J. Stewart is accustomed to splitting carries and can do it all. He is a proven player and it makes sense to trade this pick because Martin and Miller are off the board. The Bengals are a few pieces away from making a deep push. Stewart would top off our RBBC approach.

3rd round - Alameda Ta'amu, DT - A run stuffing, gap filling DT that would provide great depth behind Peko, Sims, and Atkins. Replacement for Peko or Sims.

4th round - Tommy Streeter, WR - 6'5 and can stretch the field with 4.4 speed. Raw, but can be developed his rookie year and brought in to stretch the field and redzone situations. A.J. Green at 6'4 and Streeter at 6'5 would be a nightmare for opposing DC's.

5a - Antonio Allen, SS - Good pickup here. Would instantly challenge Mays for the starting SS job.

5b - T.Y. Hilton, WR - Very under-the-radar WR, that would challenge Binns and Streeter for the No. 2 spot. Great hands and speed. Would instantly replace Tate as our KR / PR guy.

5c. Vontaze Burfict - MLB - I know, he is trouble, and has ruined his stock. He is an idiot, but here, I would want him to be our idiot as this is great value for him. I love his mean streak, reminds me of Odell Thurman. I believe his attitude would set some fire to Rey and would push him. We need some true comp at the MLB position. If it does not work out, it wont hurt as much as a 3rd-5th round pick bust.

6th round - TRADED to Philly for Asante Samuel, CB - I know, we have some aging CB's on the roster now. But his experience is needed as these guys are not Asante Samuel. Of course, we would need to restructure his contract. It is just untelling how Hall will come back from his injury and how well our rookie CB will play with question marks at the Safety position. The more comp, the better.
