Unfrotunately in round 4 the pickings get very slim with names much less prolific than Munoz, Esiason and Anderson

Drafted by Cincy, he played 3 seasons in Philly then 1 in Tampa during his short NFL career.
So why did I add him? He was only 1 of 3 guys drafted in round 4 who have ever made a pro-bowl (Rudi Johnson & Tremain Mack).
Although in his pro-bowl season he only completed about 1/2 of his passes and has twice as many INT’s as TD’s.
For his career he ended with 2,838 passing yards, 20 TD’s and 29 INT’s.

A kick returner who spent a few games as a defensive back, he finished with 1 INT for his career.
