What do you make of Wonderlic scores?

So Morris Clairborne gets a four in his test, according to CBS. He's also the fourth-ranked prospect in the draft. Would you avoid a player that if four is the correct score, just about manages to get his name correct?

CBS follow up their fake anger at the score being released by errr releasing five other people they're "concerned" about. Slightly hypocritical.

So, would you not draft a prospect if he was a bit thick? Or would it only come into consideration in select positions?
