According to Alex Marvez with Fox Sports, Notre Dame wide receiver Michael Floyd said he has a scheduled visit with the Cincinnati Bengals this week. Other teams the wide receiver is expected to visit this week includes the Tennessee Titans, St. Louis Rams and New York Jets. He's also expected to visit with the Arizona Cardinals, Miami Dolphins, San Francisco 49ers and Minnesota Vikings next week.
Floyd is often considered the second-best wide receiver by many heading into this year's NFL draft -- however there are some writing that Floyd is rising ahead of Justin Blackmon (which is typical this time of year when top prospects are being nitpicked). Scout Inc. writes about Floyd (In$ider):
"Impressive body control for his size. Does a very good job of adjusting to the ball thrown behind him or over his shoulder. Has big hands that swallow the ball. Makes a lot of tough catches in traffic. Consistently shows ability to catch the ball thrown over his head. Occasionally will let the ball get into his body and suffer a drop as a result, but he has been a very reliable pass catcher throughout his career. "
