The Bengals finally wrapped up the contract talks with a player drafted outside the fifth round, signing Devon Still to a deal this afternoon. Fifth rounders Marvin Jones, Shaun Prater, and George Iloka have all already reached deals.

The Bengals are probably a little behind the curve in the division with signing the 2012 rookies, but the Bengals have now signed two players today, and the new Collective Bargaining Agreement ensures that signing rookies is far less problematic than it used to be. The contract's details have yet to be released. We can guess that the deal will probably be around a 4 year, $4 million dollar contract.
