Three Bengals players that ended the season on Injured Reserve have returned to the field during the first session of OTAs this week. Jordan Shipley, who was recently cleared by doctors, is out on the field running routes. Linebacker Roddrick Muckelroy is doing drills and defensive tackle Pat Sims is back on the field.
