Bengals cornerback Leon Hall is still expecting to return by training camp; though some suspect that he'll be on the team's Physically Unable to Perform list. Either way the cornerback is still not cleared after injuring his Achilles tendon against the Pittsburgh Steelers last season. However the team's starting cornerback is still rehabilitating but "doing vigorous drills" Tuesday morning.

With Leon Hall and Nate Clements out, the first-team cornerback rotation is Jason Allen, Terence Newman and Adam Jones.
