Bengals first-round cornerback (from this year), Dre Kirkpatrick sat during Tuesday's OTA session with a "tweaked hamstring". Now there's no reason to believe that there's a hamstring issue with Kirkpatrick, but the team is expected to remain cautious in their approach. With Nate Clements also sitting (pulled abdominal muscle) and Leon Hall continuing rehabilitation, Jason Allen, Terence Newman and Adam Jones were part of a three-man rotation taking the bulk of Tuesday's snaps at cornerback.
#Bengals No. 1 pick Kirkpatrick says tweaked hamstring. Could have worked, but they were cautious. Says back by end of week or start of next
