If God were a sports fan, then he did a horrible job coinciding Cincinnat's weather with a boring sports day. Baking in the heat while a perfectly operational air conditioning unit feels neglected because sports on Saturday wasn't enough to keep the general sports fan at home. We love you air conditioning. We'll make it up. Regardless there are sports today and there will be something for someone to enjoy, be it racing, golf or a primetime Cincinnati Reds date.

NASCAR Racing: Nationwide Series History 300 (2:30 PM, ABC)
The Nationwide Series takes the green flag at the historic Charlotte Motor Speedway, where series leader and last year's champion Ricky Stenhouse Jr. looks to expand his lead.

Champions Tour: Senior PGA Championship (3:00 PM, NBC)
Roger Chapman and John Cook enjoy a two-stroke lead over the field heading into the third round this weekend.

PGA Tour Golf: Crowne Plaza Invitational (3:00 PM, CBS)
Jason Dufner (who tends to appear on these "what's on TV" alot) owns a two-stroke lead over Zach Johnson as the American dominated leaderboard heads into the third round.

MLB Baseball: Colorado Rockies at Cincinnati Reds (7:00 PM, FOX)
Though the game is on Fox, it doesn't necessarily mean it's national. But if you're in the Cincinnati region, the Reds will be on Fox rather than their normal home of Fox Sports Ohio.

MLS Soccer: Columbus at Chicago (7:00 PM, Fox Sports Ohio)
This is the part where we service the needs of soccer fans. We rule.

NBA Playoffs: Philadelphia 76ers at Boston Celtics (8:00 PM, ABC)
The winner of tonight's game seven in the Eastern Conference semifinals goes on to play the Miami Heat in the Conference finals. Nice reward.

MMA: UFC 146 Prelims (8:00 PM, FX)
Undercard bouts in Las Vegas. Scheduled: Diego Brandao-Darren Elkins; Edson Barboza-Jamie Varner; Jason Miller-CB Dollaway; Dan Hardy-Duane Ludwig.
