There aren't that many common house names left in the free agency pool but there are some good ones. Here are two i think we should target.

Plaxico Burress WR- I know we drafted two WR but i still think we should get this guy. He isn't flashy and can't run the way he used to but we need him. 1. He's a reliable redzone threat(3 redzone td's vs Chargers) an area we struggled in last year only 48%. 2. He's a veteran leader and could be a great mentor to Aj Green something he didn't have last year. 3. He is a constant. Does he have the best numbers no but for Andy someone who can rely on when in trouble would be great. The potential of Armon Binns, Marvin Jones, and Mohammed Sanu is incredible but signing him to a one year wouldn't hurt in the short term.

Jim Leonard- Another former NY Jet Jim Leonard is one of the smartest safeties in the league. He's had injuries the past two years which is why he's not picken up. I believe Taylor Mays is the future but if he's not this is good insurance. Taylor Mays is very raw and Jim could sit behind him and show him the ins and outs of commanding a defense. Like what checks to make etc... At this point he'd come cheap so why not get a solid back up?
