Sunday afternoon generates conclusions. Weekend baseball series' end. Final rounds of golfing tournaments conclude. All sprinkled among major tournaments in tennis and conference finals in basketball. See what's on television for Sunday in sports.

PGA Tour Golf: Memorial Tournament (12:00 PM, Golf Channel)
All but nine groups (18 golfers) will be on the course by the time coverage starts for the Golf Channel. Tiger Woods is expected to hit the tee on the first hole at 1:20, followed by Rory Sabbatini's group, including event-leader Spencer Levin. That means Tiger Woods is in the hunt. And that means you'll probably be watching golf at some point.

NASCAR Sprint Cup: FedEx 400 (12:30 PM, FOX)
Mark Martin and Jimmie Johnson will lead the field to the Green Flag. Series leader Greg Biffle, ten points ahead of teammate Matt Kenseth, rolls off seventh.

French Open (1:00 PM, NBC)
The early rounds of the 2012 French Open continue.

MLB Baseball: Cincinnati Reds at Houston Astros (2:00 PM, Fox Sports Ohio)
Fortunately for Mat Latos, the Cincinnati Reds offense knocked out four homeruns, ripped four doubles and scored 12 runs to give Cincinnati a 12-9 win Saturday night. The Reds have already won the weekend series, but have a chance to complete the sweep this afternoon. Bronson Arroyo takes the hill against Houston's Jordan Lyles.

LPGA Tour Golf: ShopRite Classic (2:00 PM, Golf Channel)
American Stacy Lewis has the tournament under control after consecutive rounds with scores of 65, leading the field by six strokes.

PGA Tour Golf: Memorial Tournament (2:30 PM, CBS)
Continuing coverage of the Memorial Tournament's final round. Currently Spencer Levin leads the event at eight-under, followed by Rory Sabbatini, Rickie Fowler and Tiger Woods.

IndyCar Racing: Detroit Indy Grand Prix (3:30 PM, ABC)
After buzzing the racing world with a good Indianapolis 500, IndyCar goes back to their road courses, taking on the Raceway at Belle Isle Park, a 2.1-mile road course that was last run in 2008.

MLB Baseball: St. Louis Cardinals at New York Mets (8:00 PM, ESPN2)
Johan Santana threw a no-hitter Friday night. R.A. Dickey threw a complete game shutout on Saturday. Through the first two games of the series, the St. Louis Cardinals have gone 18 innings without scoring a run giving the New York Mets a 2-0 advantage in the four-game weekend series.

NBA Playoff: Miami Heat at Boston Celtics (8:30 PM, ESPN)
After the Heat dominated game one, the Boston Celtics woke up. Despite losing game two by four points in overtime, the Celtics rebounded when they returned home with a 10-point win. Another win Sunday night ties the series at two.
