Have to admit. Not a fan of the extended All-Star break, thus thank god baseball returned Friday night. Other sports on Saturday include lots of golf, racing and some fighting. And the Reds on Fox, taking on the Cardinals this afternoon.

MLB Baseball: Arizona Diamondbacks at Chicago Cubs (1:00 PM, WGN)
The Cubs, one of the worst teams in the National League, thrashed the Diamondbacks 8-1 to take an early lead on the weekend series.

PGA Tour: John Deere Classic (3:00 PM, CBS)
Troy Matteson shot a weekend low 61 during Thursday's first round. It helped after Friday's 68, which significantly reduced his lead over the field to one-stroke. Ten golfers are currently within three strokes.

Champions Tour Golf: U.S. Senior Open (3:00 PM, NBC)
Lance Ten Broeck takes a one-stroke lead over Tom Kite into Saturday's third round.

MLB Baseball: St. Louis Cardinals at Cincinnati Reds (3:30 PM, FOX)
The Reds rallied with four runs in the seventh and eighth innings, defeating the St. Louis Cardinals 5-3 Friday night and tying the Pirates, who lost to Milwaukee, for first place in the NL Central. Saturday's game was an original night game, moved to the afternoon for Fox.

NASCAR Nationwide Racing: F.W. Webb 200 (3:30 PM, ESPN)
Elliot Sadler holds onto the series lead by eight points over rookie Austin Dillon heading into this weekend's race in Loudon, New Hampshire.

MLB Baseball: Chicago White Sox at Kansas City Royals (7:00 PM, WGN)
The White Sox, with a three-game lead in the American League Central, kicked off the weekend series with a 1-0 lead following Friday night's 9-8 win over the Royals.

NASCAR Camping Truck: American Ethanol 200 (8:30 PM, Speed)
There are three drivers within nine points of series leader Timothy Peters, heading into this weekend's race at Iowa.

Strikeforce: Luke Rockhold at Tim Kennedy (10:00 PM, SHOe)
