Geoff Hobson with Bengals.com recently wrote that Bengals cornerback Nate Clements will not be practicing when Training Camp kicks off Friday afternoon. Joe Reedy of the Cincinnati Enquirer added that Clements will miss at least the first couple of practices without a known timetable.

Considering the Bengals recently signed rookie cornerback Chris Lewis-Harris out of Tennessee-Chattanooga, it was speculated Nate Clements' recovery progress may have been a contributing factor. While the timetable of Clements' recovery is currently unknown, Clements stated that his groin abdomen pull is not major.
