As you may or may not have heard, Andy Dalton and the Bengals receivers haven't really been on the same page with deep passes so far in camp. Luckily, he and No.1 wide receiver A.J. Green have had some chemistry to this point, but there's a small sense of worry about the situation. That's mostly because Dalton had committed quite a bit of time to perfecting his deep pass earlier this offseason.
It appears that patience and hard work are paying off during day five's practice on Tuesday. Geoff Hobson of Bengals.com tweets that Dalton has looked much improved with his long ball to various receivers.
It's good to see Marvin Jones get into the fray of things as well. By most accounts he was both struggling or not really doing anything of note through the first few practices. Jones also had a nice catch later in practice as well. We'll continue to keep you updated on the goings-on at Tuesday's practice.
