If you woke up Saturday morning with a cup of coffee, scanning the major websites to update your sporting database (aka brain), you'll wonder to yourself, did the Bengals even play? No. We're not expecting that the Bengals will be featured as a headline anymore, except for issues against the the personnel conduct policy that somehow confirms a stigma that we believe has long been dead. And we get that there's such a ridiculous obsession for Tim Tebow that mainstream media will fall over themselves, fearing that 90 percent of the football community that could care less for Tebow, won't be updated.
But hey. If you're going to talk about Tim Tebow struggling, talk about why. The pass pressure. The coverages. The Bengals defense. It's not like Tebow faced an empty secondary, conducting walkthroughs without a defense against him. If you're going to mention Tebow's interception, point out that it was a great play by rookie linebacker Vontaze Burfict.
