With Bengals guard Travelle Wharton lost for the year with a knee injury, the next one up looks be Clint Bolling, who saw snaps with the first unit at left guard after Wharton was injured on the third offensive play. Otis Hudson should also get more looks while Trevor Robinson is also on the depth chart.
Looking at Adam Caplan's list of available free agents at guard, among the more intriguing are Chris Kemoeatu, Montrae Holland, Vince Manuwai and Anthony Herrera.
All have injury or age issues but Holland was graded as the fifth best left guard according to Pro Football Focus last season.
