If he's not ready by week one with Andrew Hawkins breathing down his neck, Shipley very well could be the odd man out.

Yet the best part I thought was my personal introduction to offensive line coach Jim Turner. During a film session with his offensive linemen midway through the episode, Turner left the room with video of Dolphins cheerleaders singing Call Me Maybe playing. When he returned he grabbed a marker and drew pictures representing frowns on the faces of his players before leaving the room. With the palm of his hand, he wiped out the frowns with smiley faces and noted that the desks were six inches higher. Classic.
