Cincinnati Bengals wide receiver A.J. Green clearly had the play of the game Thursday night against the Atlanta Falcons. Well. Not just Green. We should give some credit to Bengals quarterback Andy Dalton. After a double-move down the right sidelines, Green separated himself from cornerback Asante Samuel by a handful of steps. Andy Dalton threw a perfect pass into Green's hands, on stride, for the touchdown.
Samuel claims that he relaxed a little on the deep pass, according to the Atlanta Journal-Constitution.
“We were going at it,” Samuel said. “I relaxed on the deep ball a little bit, and he got over on top of me.”
Right.
