I know it's just a video game, but the rumored rating for the Bengals in the newest edition of Madden is surprisingly low. With any luck these rankings aren't accurate, otherwise I doubt I'll be buying the game this year. For full team ratings click the jump:

As you can see, a rating of 74 puts us tied with the buffalo bills for 21st out of the 32 teams in the league. That seems incredibly disrespectful for a young team with a top five defense and one of the best young receiver/quarterback combos in the game, especially when we were a playoff team last season and are expected to be a contender again this upcoming season. I just can't fathom how the Cardinals, Chiefs, Redskins and Jets could all be rated high than the Bengals based on the off-season and last seasons performances.

(As a side note, I also would have expected the Titans and Seahawks to be rated a little higher)

I understand that we generally don't get a lot of respect from the national media, but this just seems a little below the belt. What do you guys think?
