After he was released from the Bengals over the weekend, Cincinnati's former slot receiver Jordan Shipley was claimed off waivers by the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, according to ESPN NFL Insider Adam Schefter.
Shipley, after returning to the field early during training camp, faced a huge uphill battled with the emergence of Andrew Hawkins and other youngsters Cincinnati acquired over the past two seasons.
