In the first quarter Aaron Rodgers completed a 22-yard pass to Tom Crabtree. Taylor Mays rocked him. The replacement officials threw a flag, citing a personal foul which we presume is a hit against a defenseless receiver.
Head coach Marvin Lewis didn't see a problem, believing it to be a legal hit.
