Frank Victores-US PRESSWIRE

While the Cincinnati Bengals are waiting to learn about the seriousness of Cook's reported foot injury, the team is leaving open the possibility for a trade.

Center Kyle Cook deflected the seriousness of his foot injury to head coach Marvin Lewis during a brief interview session prior to Tuesday's practice, sporting a Nike Unfair tee and telling reporters, "Life's unfair, isn't it?"

Well that most certainty doesn't sound very good at all.

Bengals head coach Marvin Lewis told the media Tuesday afternoon that they're still checking on the severity with Cook's ankle injury that he suffered against Green Bay. Lewis left open the possibility of a trade being used, especially considering that the team is so far down the waiver.

The Cincinnati Bengals have already scheduled a visit with former Buccaneers center Jeff Faine on Tuesday.
