As was noted earlier (through a vague source), tight end Orson Charles made the final 53-man roster. In order to make room for Charles, the team released Colin Cochart--which was an expected move, given the circumstances. Another move that was announced was linebacker Vincent Rey making the final roster.
Cochart appeared in five games last year and had five receptions for 44 yards and a touchdown. The had more opportunities in the 2012 preseason, Charles outproduced him in the passing game.
Rey, on the other hand, has been on the Bengals roster the last two seasons with 18 game appearances. He's had nine total tackles, primarily on special teams duty. He'll likely be resuming those duties in 2012 as well.
