Chase Coffman was waived today by the Tampa Bay Buccaneers to make room for the newly signed long snapper Andrew DePaola. Coffman signed with Tampa Bay this offseason as a free agent. He spent the previous three seasons with the Cincinnati Bengals after being selected in the third round of the 2009 NFL draft, one year on the IR with an ankle injury and the next two years as a member of the practice squad and backup to Jermaine Gresham. Coffman finished his Bengals career with only 3 catches for 30 yards.
