Listed as questionable while sitting during two practices this week with a calf, Bengals cornerback Leon Hall is listed as inactive on Sunday against the Washington Redskins. Starting in his place will be Terence Newman. Also out is wide receiver Marvin Jones, defensive tackle Brandon Thompson and tight end Donald Lee, who has been dealing with a thigh for a couple of weeks.
On the other hand DE Carlos Dunlap, CB Jason Allen and RB Bernard Scott will play their first game of the regular season.
