This needs to happen ASAP. This guy is gonna be gone the day after the season ends. He will have everyone and their mom trying to sign him as the Head Coach. We need to lock him up as our own Head Coach. I think we can ultimately keep both Gruden AND Marvin Lewis.

How? Promote Gruden to Head Coach. Make a new, unique position just for Marvin Lewis. For lack of a better name, lets call it a "Manager of All Things General". Mike Brown would be credited for a brand new, innovative position that will radically alter the game. Okay, sarcasm aside, make Marvin Lewis the GM. Then promote Hue Jackson to Offensive Coordinator. Bam, bam, and bam. Three very capable people at three very important positions. Could you imagine the creative game plans Gruden would have as Head Coach? And he would still be there to help out Andy Dalton in his steady development. What do you think?
