Give and take some advice in fantasy, I know I need all the help I can get!

I make notoriously bad decisions in fantasy football and really need to win this week so I figured I'd ask you all. Sorry its a lame post and isn't really to do with the Bengals. But thanks for your help.

First which RB?

ARI Ryan Williams Starting against Miami

CHI Michael Bush against Dallas, though he hurt his shoulder and Forte could return this week off of a sprained ankle

DEN Willis McGahee and his bruised ribs against Oakland

Second which 3 WR? I'm waffling here because the first three defenses they're going against all (according to yahoo) haven't given up much against WRs (26th, 27th, and 29th most respectively)

I have the first four on my roster, but am considering picking up the others for the week or longer.

NYG Victor Cruz, has been hit or miss and Philly has been decent against the pass

NO Lance Moore against green bay.. I'll probably start him

ATL Roddy White against Carolina, again hit or miss

GB Randall Cobb is again a hit or miss usually a miss

and i'm thinking of picking up

TB Mike Williams against Washington this just sounds too tempting

and for fun

MIN Jerome Simpson against Detroit.. its tempting lol all the sleeper sites saying he'll be their deep threat etc etc but having seen him around here I of course have my doubts but who knows maybe hes grown up a bit or just gets lucky
