The NFL Pro Football Hall of Fame released the nominations available for the 2013 Pro Football Hall of Fame. One player has a connection to the Cincinnati Bengals.

There are 13 first-year nominations for the 2013 Pro Football Hall of Fame class, but as you can imagine none of them are former Cincinnati Bengals players. Some of the notable names include offensive linemen Larry Allen and Jonathan Ogden, defensive linemen Warren Sap and Michael Strahan and defensive back John Lynch.

Of the 89 players, 14 coaches and 24 contributors, only one has any ties with the Cincinnati Bengals. That being former defensive tackle Sam Adam, who played for the 8-8 2006 squad.

Bengals quarterback Ken Anderson wasn't one of two candidates chosen from the veterans committee earlier this year. For the complete list of Hall of Fame nominations, go here.
