What's the big deal, says those noticing that Cincinnati is actually playing as the home team? Don't Bengals coaches usually attend UC games at home? In truth the game will be played at a neutral site at FedEx Field in Washington D.C. (they got a lot of money to play there).

We're sure that the Cincinnati Bengals scouting department visited college football games during week four of the college football season. And since most of the reports are based off people networking with others, and not an official report filed with any central office, there are times that not every every game that the Bengals attend will be known.
And sometimes there might not be any known for a particular week. Such as week four of the college football season. Though certain the scouting department is doing their job, filling out scouting reports for players that will likely be part of the 2013 NFL draft, it wasn't known which games they attended that weekend.
