Jake Roth-US PRESSWIRE - Presswire

The Cincinnati Bengals have taken a 17-7 lead at half time, largely due to growing momentum on both sides of the ball. Welcome back Chris Crocker.

The Cincinnati Bengals started a little slow, but then momentum kicked in on both sides of the ball. The rushing offense has picked up steam with BenJarvus Green-Ellis generating 48 yards on 12 carries. And if you include Cedric Peerman's 48-yard fake punt in the second quarter (there's no reason not to), the Bengals have generated 101 yards rushing in the first half. Dalton has completed 10 of 17 passes to eight different receivers, for 97 yards and touchdown pass to fullback Chris Pressley.

On the other side of the ball the Bengals defense has looked good. Running back Maurice Jones-Drew has been limited to 23 yards on eight carries.

The Bengals will receive the kickoff to start the second half.
