The Cincinnati Bengals announced on Tuesday that after placing Kyle Cook on the Injured Reserve/Recall List, the team signed former second-round tight end Richard Quinn. He was supposedly one of a handful of players that reportedly worked out in Cincinnati on Tuesday.

Another player that worked out on Tuesday was former San Francisco 49ers defensive back Anthony Mosley, according to Aaron Wilson. Mosley, an undrafted college free agent, was released by the 49ers during final cuts last Friday after playing all four preseason games and generating four tackles.
