NFL.com revealed Week 1 picks on Friday by writers Dan Hanzus, Gregg Rosenthal, Marc Sessler, and their editor "Rhino." Not one of the four contributors felt especially bold in picking the Bengals to beat the Ravens on Monday night.
At least they acknowledge that they really don’t know what will happen this weekend. All four picked the Giants to beat the Cowboys on Wednesday, and they were admittedly wrong.
Let’s hope a Bengals victory won’t seem like an upset when they have mid-season hindsight to work from. Let’s hope.
