I have heard that in year 3 of the new cba that the bengals have to spend 95 % of the cap. I'm just dont see Mike Brown spending big time in FA Like the report from walterfootball tweet said. Mike Brown has never spent big time money in FA..Why would he do it now i'm not sure the report is real even.I would have a heart attack if he spent big time in FA. i've been wanting the bengals to spend big time money every since FA started.
