After getting Chud as HC -- who is a good fit for them in my opinion -- he successfully lobbies Norv Turner to join as OC. Now they have Ray Horton on as DC. Horton! I remember his so well from his Bengal days. I always thought he tended to give up too many big plays, but I have to admit he played the best game of his career in the Super Bowl.
I expect the Browns to be a much better team next year. I am OK with this as long as they beat the Steelers and Ravens at least once each.
