If Dalton does well in the 2013 season:

Trade Michael Johnson plus the Bengals 2014 1st round draft pick to the team with the #1 pick to take Jadeveon Clowney.

If Dalton does not make progress in the 2013 season:

Trade Michael Johnson and Dalton to the team with the #1 pick to take Johnny Manziel. AJ McCarron and Taj Boyd are also considered to replace Dalton. Wallace Gilberry or Devin Taylor moves to RDE to replace MJ.
