Cardinals Interested In Jay Gruden Who Will Be Interviewed By The Eagles This Week

According to Jason La Canfora with CBS Sports, the Arizona Cardinals are reportedly interested in Bengals offensive coordinator Jay Gruden. Denver Broncos offensive coordinator Mike McCoy interviewed there on Saturday and current defensive coordinator Ray Horton are the only publicly admitted candidates from the Cardinals front office. Arizona has reportedly asked for permission to speak with former Chiefs head coach and current Steelers offensive coordinator Todd Haley.

The Philadelphia Eagles have reportedly asked for permission this weekend to speak with Gruden, which La Canfora tweeted is planning to happen at some point this week.

Gruden is receiving a little blame from Saturday's 19-13 loss to the Houston Texans, piecing together a gameplan that didn't include much A.J. Green until the second half.
