Lst night I was depressed after I saw Geno go down. I thought that I would rather the Bengals lose the game than lose Geno for the year. Unfortunately, both happened. However, I am hopeful that Mike Zimmer will get the defense ready with the young guys on the squad. I think Thompson,Gilberry, and Hunt can turn it up and still make the Bengals Super Bowl contenders. There is nobody on the street worth picking up or they would already be playing. Hopefully, Maualuga will be back this week (I would not have said this last year, but he turned it around and made me a believer) and Harrison will start playing better. The offense will need to score some more points now and make less mistakes. They can do it. Fist off, Eifert needs to play more and get more touches. Gresham drops at least one pass per game and makes penalties that that cost the team every game. Even though, I think the holding penalty last night was a bad call. Have Gresham block and Eifert out as a receiver. I would also sit Sanu and play Sanzenbacher more. He will not drop any passes. Also, now that Hawkins is back, he can also play more. Finally, get Burkhead in the game. Green Ellis just does not get much yardage. When the announcers celebrate the the Law Firm got a 14 yard run, that is sad. I think Burkhead could be a dual threat and has more upside. Keep getting the ball to Marvin Jones, AJ, and Gio. They are legitimate home run threats. Dalton is only going to get better. Last night was just a speed bump. WHO DEY!!!
