I feel it is essential that the Bengals win the next game or they are on the losing end of any divisional tiebreakers with both the Browns and Ravens, especially after their lame loss to the Ravens. If they can't manage to win the Cleveland game at home, then even if they make the playoffs (which I would highly doubt), they won't be going anywhere once they get there. The Browns manhandled us with ease when they had a reasonably good QB, although they probably would have won with Weeden considering how badly their defense mauled us. This game the Browns have a seasoned veteran who seems to fit their system and coaches who seem more and more to know how to use their limited offensive weapons to good effect.
The Raven's defense also ran over us with ease but right now have to be considered Browns-lite (who saw that coming?). The combination of a big fast line with a physical and aggressive secondary has proven an absolute showstopper against the Bengal's o-line and passing game.
Given: 1) the Browns hammering of the Bengals and schooling of the Ravens, 2) the Bengal's uninspired play in both an important conference game and the critical Ravens division game, 3)the Bengal's fade in important games and inability to attack opponents' weaknesses consistently and relentlessly, and 3) with the Browns coming off a bye week - who is going to win the upcoming game between the Bengals and Browns?
