How to avoid the blackout?

Hey CJ this is my first post on your site. I'm from Dayton, Ohio and in the event of a blackout I'm looking for a way to see the game anyway. (Wish I had $$$$$ to go but I don't, I'm sure that a lot of you understand) But anyway, the blackout extends 75 miles from cincy and I have family just outside of that 75 mile area. So in theory It should be on there right? I don't know for sure because the piqua/troy/covington area still uses dayton tv stations. If not could NFL sunday ticket work outside of the area? I'm trying not to freak out but its getting close to the deadline and if my family and I can't see the game....Well I just don't want to go there. Any advise?
