With the Bengals, Steelers and even the Super Bowl Champion Baltimore Ravens, the AFC North is one of, if not the most, competitive divisions in the NFL.
Pittsburgh Steelers general manager Kevin Colbert is perfectly aware the dilemma he's facing. A fractured lockerroom, aging veterans with significant contracts and cap hits remain internal while the AFC North around him improves.
Cleveland has amassed an impressive coaching staff, starting with defensive coordinator Ray Horton, who Colbert identified during Thursday's press conference.
Additionally the Bengals are on the rise with consecutive postseason appearances. And yea, the Baltimore Ravens won the Super Bowl.
Colbert went on to chat about player safety, lessons that should be taught early.
