Anyone have any idea how trades are valued on draft day? I am hoping that the Bengals can trade down again with someone like the 49ers since there seems to be a lot of depth at the key positions the Bengals will be looking at. Now, that the 49ers will have another 2nd round pick they have a lot of flexibility. So, if there was someone they wanted at 21 is it plausible for the Bengals to ask the 49ers for their late 2nd round pick?
