To sum all of my emotions after the Super Bowl.. From my perspective as a Loyal and Faithful Bengals fan for the past 10 years or so, I see it clearly that the Super Bowl was a perfect story ending for Ray Lewis and maybe Ed Reed, both will likely walk away from the field with a Ring and also as winners.. Well Deserve and well played all throughout on the night of the Super Bowl, but if you follow football, you'll know that this was Ray Lewis's final run. Ray Lewis is going to retire and it is looking more like Ed Reed is leaning towards it as well too, which mean the Bengals is the next best thing in the AFC North, I not counting that the Ravens, Browns and Steelers will not show up, but it's any given Football Day and that if the Bengals just focus on getter better and just keep faith, be consistency and keep up the hard work, We will be there in the promise land one day, I will truly still root for my Bengals no matter what happens, still and has been a faithful Bengals fan..
Joe Flacco has probably driven his price tag up to the $20million mark during the Super Bowl..
We also know that Boldin is probably one of the most underrated WR in the NFL with is toughness going over the middle and making big plays as well too..now he is set to be a Free Agent which I see if the Ravens dont make a move to bring him back he can bolt right back to Arizona with Fitzgerald or better yet go to the Lions or maybe just walk away from the game
The Ravens now face a huge dilemma who to keep on their team now, Do they commit most of the money to Flacco and revamp the Defense after the departure of Ray Lewis and maybe even Ed Reed? Also they dont have much money under the cap so they would have to spend wisely here.. As for the AFC North, I think the Bengals will have the Edge going into this 2013 NFL Season, the Ravens will be without their Heart and Soul and Leader in Ray Lewis, also maybe the Ball-Hawking Safety Ed Reed as well too if he decides to call it a career..
Now onto the Bengals, the Cincinnati Bengals will have the chance to rule the AFC North, if we are consistent and play sound fundamentally football, I seriously believe that Marvin Lewis& Co. (Zimmer & Gruden as well as the entire Organization and staffs) should move into a "WIN NOW MENTALITY" this is the window of opportunity for the Bengals have waited so long, now the Ravens and Steelers are both aging up and are looking to rebuild their both respective team the Ravens Life after Ray Lewis and maybe Ed Reed, the Steelers Reforming their Aging Defense as well as their Offensive Line..As for the Browns, they are on the rise, they are a few pieces away on Defense to scare opposing Offenses, they have a great quality Defense who is led by Joe Haden who is a rising DB in the NFL..
