I was perusing Sports Illustrated and they had a list of the top 30 free agents this year. (Of note for Bengals fans, Andre was listed but MJ was noticeably absent.) As I'm looking at this list I couldn't help but think this year is set up for the Bengals to significantly improve using free agency while being able to focus on depth and BPA in the draft. This FA class is full of quality LBs, safeties and RBs who would fit the Bengals needs and system. I am an advocate for resigning Andre and MJ but think it would be wise to grab an established LB, safety and/or RB from free agency. (Oh, and Flacco is a FA so Chili could get his strong arm QB. Ha!)
Anyway, I'm wondering what everyone's thoughts are on the FA list/cuts recently made and who we should try to sign. I would first target Reggie Bush as I think he'll come reasonably priced for his explosive skill set. No one values him as an every down back and the Bengals could put him back in a "do it all and just make plays" role. Interested to hear everyone's thoughts.
