The Cincinnati Bengals are likely looking at their options at running back, starting with Reggie Bush.

Now that free agency has kicked off, rumors can finally shift to more organized news with a flair of breaking stories. According to ESPN NFL Insider Adam Schefter, the Cincinnati Bengals are expressing interest with running back Reggie Bush.

Most reports leading up to the new league year, which kicked off at 4 p.m. (ET) on Tuesday, gave the early favorite to Detroit.

Cincinnati's interest may just be exploratory in nature, finding out the cost to acquire Bush, who would be paired up with BenJarvus Green-Ellis. However rumors have persisted for a while that the Bengals had some level of interest, though it all boils down to cost and what Bush wants -- aka, will he play the two-back system or does he want to be the guy.

According to Pro Football Talk, the Lions want Bush signed before leaving from his scheduled visit.
